Neodymium Iron Boron
(NdFeB) magnets are composed of Nd, Fe, B, Dy, Co and other
minor elements. As the third generation of rare earth permanent
magnet, NdFeB magnets become the most advanced commercialized
permanent magnet material today. NdFeB magnets are available
in both sintered and bonded forms.

Sintered
NdFeB magnets have very high magnetic properties, excellent
magnetic characteristics and good performance in ambient temperature.
They are mechanically stronger than Sm-Co magnets and less brittle
than ceramic & AlNiCo magnets. However, sintered NdFeB magnets
are very easy to be corrosive. Therefore, for long time using,
they have to be protected with special coating, such as Zn,
Ni, Ni-Cu-Ni, or epoxy. In general, sintered NdFeB magnets need
some finish machining to meet the final tolerance.

NdFeB magnets
are produced at our two facilities in China, Ningbo and Baotou.
High Energy materials are produced at our Baotou facility where
we have installed the latest equipment and technology to produce
the world's highest energy materials used in MRI, VCM, and other
applications. Yunsheng serves the market with higher coercivity
materials used in high performance motors, generators, sensors
and other applications. We own the Patent
License from Sumitomo Special Metals Co. for the manufacture
and sales of Nd-Fe-B magnets. Our NdFeB magnets offer an excellent
dollar value in terms of price/performance per unit of energy
product allowing for smaller shapes and sizes with high magnetic
performance. In addition, our low cost manufacturing resources
will promote significant cost reduction for your application.
